Organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization, the “National Pathogen Prioritization Workshop” was hosted by the Ministry of Health and held in Ankara on May 5-7. The workshop aims to increase national capacity against COVID-19 and other public health emergencies . KUISCID Virologist Assoc. Prof. Mert Kuşkucu attended the workshop to contribute to the determination and prioritization of pathogens that may threaten public health in our country and around the globe. Current data were discussed in the meeting for developing future strategies.
