KUISCID organized a Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (CCHF) workshop together with researchers from various Anatolian cities in Ankara on November 28-29. The workshop focused on developing strategic and lasting solutions for the disease which has been regularly reported in our country since 2002 and remains endemic every year. With participation of 14 centers, assessments were made regarding CCHF, a disease of importance both for human and veterinary medicine, and the roadmap for collaborative work within the scope of the Turkish Consortium was discussed. We are grateful to all researchers who aim to contribute to public health through this valuable collaboration.
